1. Eligibility for Returns

2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Return Process

Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

Provide photos of the damaged or incorrect product and packaging.

Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
We ensure every product is inspected and securely packed before shipping, but occasional transit damages can occur, and we’ll handle such cases promptly.
5. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item:
